" This three bedroom semi-detached home is situated in a cul-de-sac location and benefits from a rear garden and off road parking. The well-presented accommodation comprises a 22ft loungediner with French doors opening out to the rear garden, modern fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

The property is located in Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities, including Hedge Endβ€˜s village centre, out-of-town retail park and the M27 motorway links.
 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has stairs leading to the first floor, a built-in storage cupboard and doors through to the loungediner and kitchen. The 22ft loungediner has a large window to the front and French doors from the dining area leading out to the rear garden. The modern kitchen has a window and door to the rear and has been fitted with a matching range of shaker style units with a built-in oven, gas hob with extractor over and space for a dishwasher and washing machine.
