" This three bedroom terraced home enjoys a pleasant outlook to the front overlooking the green. The accommodation briefly comprises a spacious loungediner, kitchenbreakfast room, three bedrooms and a modern shower room. Outside, the property benefits from a low maintenance rear garden, off road parking and a garage.

The property is situated in Hedge End and benefits from being close to local shops, schools and amenities, including the village centre and M27 motorway links. 

INSIDE The front door opens into the entrance hall which has two storage cupboards, stairs leading to the first floor and doors through to the loungediner and kitchenbreakfast room. The spacious loungediner measures 22ft in length and has a window to the front, as well as patio doors to the rear leading out to the garden. The kitchen has been fitted with a matching range of wall and base units with a built-in double oven, electric hob with extractor over and appliance space for an under counter fridge and washing machine. At the end of the room the breakfast area has a window to the rear and a door providing access to the garden.

On the first floor, the master bedroom has a window to the front and a fitted wardrobe. Turn right into the first rear service road, where the property can be accessed via a footpath leading round to the front of the property.
