" This super property is an excellent proposition for those who hanker after period features as well as practical, bright and well-presented family accommodation superbly located for Winchester mainline station and the local schools, nurseries and the outstanding Peter Symonds sixth form college nearby. With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two receptions and a super home-office, there is ample room for all the family in this lovely home.

The balance of the accommodation is just right, and there remains ample scope to extend the kitchen area across the side return if required. The bright hallway leads to an open-plan double reception room, with welcoming sitting area at the front, and good wide dining room beyond. The sitting room has a large bay window with shutters, attractive cornicing and picture rails, and a log burner in the fireplace, while both the sitting room and dining area share lovely stripped wooden floorboards. The rear of the house contains a good sized kitchen with plenty of units and ample room for appliances.
