" This is a lovely, extended family home situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Badger Farm. The property benefits from a spacious downstairs with a modern kitchen, bright and spacious living room with the extension now creating a dining room/playroom helping to add some valuable downstairs space and an extra bedroom upstairs. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, three of which are doubles and a brand new family bathroom. Externally the rear garden has been landscaped to create a two tiered area with a section which is laid to lawn and a patio area to the side.

Entrance hallway
The entrance hallway provides access into the living room, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and the stairs which lead to the upper floor. There are two storage cupboards offering space for hanging coats, hiding shoes and any other household items.

Kitchen
This is a large and modern kitchen which was updated approximately six years ago. There is a range of eye level and base units with a 1 ยฝ bowl sink with drainer. There is space for a tall standing fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven with the original plumbing for a washing machine located behind the dishwasher.
