This well proportioned semi detached home is situated in a pleasant cul-de-sac in the popular village of South Wonston which is located approximately four miles to the North of Winchester. The accommodation is accessed via a double glazed door to the entrance hall where a staircase provides access to the first floor and has a cupboard under. Doors provide access to the refitted kitchen, the 20ft living room and an inner lobby which has doors to a study area and a utility/cloakroom. On the first floor there is a refitted family bathroom and three double bedrooms, the smallest bedroom measures 10ft4 x 8ft7. In addition the property has the benefit of a Southerly aspect rear garden and a good sized frontage which provides parking for several vehicles. EPC grade B. Location

The property is located in the popular village of South Wonston which is situated approximately five miles to the North of Winchester. The village is popular with those seeking the benefits of a rural location combined with the advantages associated with a well serviced village. The location provides excellent access to the A34 and A303 which are about a mile and a half away and three and a half miles away respectively. Just some of the facilities available in the village include a local store and post office, a doctors surgery, an excellent primary school (which is a feeder school for the excellent Henry Beaufort senior school), a village hall and a day nursery. The village also has the benefit of bus routes to Winchester and Basingstoke.

Directions :-

Proceed out of Winchester on the B3420 or the A34. At the first junction of the A34 take the gyratory system to join Christmas Hill (sign posted South Wonston) which runs parallel to the A34 and continue for about one mile before turning right into Downs Road. Proceed along Downs Road for about half a mile and turn right into Borman Way (Borman Way is the last turning on the right before the junction with West Hill Road) and the property will be found on the right.
