" This well-presented semi-detached family home is located within a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Owslebury village.

The property has a lovely light and airy feel throughout with accommodation on the ground floor briefly comprising a sitting room, separate dining room, re-fitted kitchen with granite worktops and an attached outhouse and downstairs WC. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms, two of which are double rooms, and a family bathroom.

Additional benefits include a gravel driveway providing ample off road parking and a good size side and rear garden. The property has potential to extend (subject to Planning Permission and Building Regulations) but to fully appreciate both the property's location and the accommodation on offer, an early viewing is a must.

Owslebury village offers a village church, village hall with part-time post office, recreational park, school bus service to Winchester, village primary school and cricket ground. The village is located near to Marwell Zoological Park, is approximately 10 minutes (5 miles) away from the Cathedral City of Winchester which has a broad range of shops, restaurants and a mainline railway.
