" INTRODUCTION This extended three bedroom link detached property is located in Sholing and therefore benefits from a range of amenities including shops, schools and access to the city centre, as well as access to the M27 south coast motorway and out of town retail parks at Hedge End. The property briefly comprises lounge, kitchen, sitting room, downstairs shower room, three bedrooms, family bathroom, garden and garage at the rear. 

INSIDE From the front door the entrance hall provides stairs to the first floor, access to the lounge with fireplace and window to the front and to the kitchen/diner with a range of matching wall and base units, fitted double oven, hob with extractor hood over and window to side. From this room a door provides access to the rear together with access to the sitting room with logburner and window to the rear and downstairs shower room.

On the first floor the landing provides access to all three bedrooms, two with windows to the front, the third bedroom with window to the rear and to the family bathroom. 

OUTSIDE The property is approached via steps to the front door past lawned area to the front with a low boundary wall. To the rear, a back door leads to the rear of the garden which is planted with mature shrubs and bushes and is landscaped with shingle and lawned areas.
