" The property forms part of Phoenix Square an exclusive development of 13 properties which are positioned around an enclosed communal green. They were built in a Georgian style with many features including high ceilings, sash windows, ceiling coving and deep skirtings. The M4 motorway lies to the north with the A303 (M3) to the south. Independent schools within a 15 minute drive are St. Francis Prep, Dauntsey's and Marlborough College.
