" THE PROPERTY
A welcoming hallway with a natural stone floor and tall ceilings leads to all rooms but also offer a view of the rear garden. The ground floor has a good size separate study, but otherwise is open plan, light and ideal as a sociable or entertaining space. The flooring is oak in the reception areas and natural stone in the kitchen area. The sitting room has an impressive brick built inglenook fireplace with a huge oak mantle. The bespoke kitchen is handmade and with soft close units and a central island. There are fine views over the garden to the front, side and rear, and with collapsing
bi-folding doors that brings the outside in, the dining area is perfect all year round. The elegant and softly lit staircase leads to a spacious galleried landing. On the first floor there five generous double bedrooms and three luxurious bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have fantastic far reaching views over open fields and countryside.

To the front the property is accessed via electronically operated five bar gates that lead to ample parking area and a double width garage.
