" A very well presented four bedroom family house that has been extended and modernised, set on a good corner plot with plentiful off street parking.

29 Five Stiles Road was built in the 1950 s on the Southern edge of the town, a 10 minute walk to the town centre, and within easy walking distance of Savernake Forest. The property has been updated recently and offers attractively presented and versatile living accommodation. Downstairs the sitting room has an attractive double aspect with french doors to the large sun terrace and rear garden, a multi fuel log burner sitting on a granite hearth with an oak mantle above. The spacious kitchen/breakfast room with smart fitted kitchen opens to the utility room and to a large annexed bedroom and en suite wet room, tiled in travertine with a walk-in shower; the separate front entrance to this annexe provides flexible accommodation. At first floor level are three good bedrooms with ample storage and modernised bathroom.
