" THE PROPERTY
Tucked away in the corner of this popular road this extended end terrace home offers a quiet position with easy access in to town and to local schools including St. Johns Academy and St. Mary`s Primary.

The hall provides a welcoming reception space with wooden flooring that continues throughout the ground floor. To the front of the house the kitchen has modern units with wooden work surfaces as space for a small table. To the rear of the house, the sittingdining room has space for a larger dining table if needed. The dining area also has French doors on to the south facing garden.

The large first floor landing leads to three double bedrooms, two of which have fitted storage. The modern family bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
