" Set at the end of a no through lane, 23 Priorsfield is a very well presented modern four bedroom family home with plenty of off-road parking and lovely landscaped gardens all situated in an excellent position and within walking distance of the wonderful and historic Marlborough high street. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room which has been opened through to the dining room which in turn opens through sliding doors to a lovely conservatory, perfectly situated to enjoy the garden. A well appointed kitchen also enjoys a garden view and has a useful utility room to the side with an outside door. There is a downstairs WC and fully appointed shower room with under floor heating. There is an integral garage. Upstairs there are four bedrooms situated off an open landing and a family bathroom.

Situation
The property is situated at the end of a no-through road in a highly sought after and elevated residential area within walking distance of Marlborough town centre. The wonderful historic market town of Marlborough provides an extensive range of shopping facilities, a twice weekly market, a public library and various pubs and restaurants. The town is well served with the St. Johns Academy and a host of excellent primary schools and benefits from a sports centre with an indoor swimming pool. Marlborough is well located for access to the M4 (junction 15 approximately 10 miles) and the commercial centre of Swindon is about 12 miles from which there is a regular Intercity rail service to London Paddington.
