" The Property
An enclosed porch with plenty of hanging space leads into a welcoming hallway with a cloakroom and stairs to the first floor. On the right hand side is an open plan sitting room and dining area. This light and airy room then leads into a lovely conservatory, which is west facing and overlooks the stunning garden. The kitchen is fitted with a comprehensive range of cream wall and base units. The breakfast room and combined utility room has a sink and more storage as well has having plenty of space for a table and chairs. A door leads from the breakfast room to the garage and the rear garden. On the first floor there is a split level landing. The generous size master bedroom has an en suite shower room and plenty of wardrobe space. The remaining four bedrooms are also all good sizes. Finally, a family bathroom with a white suite completes the accommodation.

Outside
A driveway with off-road parking for at least two car leads to a single garage with an up and over door. The front garden is immaculately tended with a lawn and a plethora of mature plants and shrubs. The rear garden is a simply a riot of colour designed to give year round colour. Again, its is mainly laid to lawn with flower and brick edged shrub borders heaving with flowering shrubs and flowers. BURBAGE
Burbage is a very popular village, situated on the southern edge of Savernake Forest to the south of Marlborough. There is also a thriving cricket and tennis club.
