" A well presented extended four bedroom detached family house with a garage and beautifully landscaped generous gardens and set at the end of a small close with the benefit of a delightful rural outlook. The house offers light and airy accommodation with well proportioned rooms. The sitting room is double aspect with a multi fuel stove, there is a separate dining room and the study has French doors to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is fitted with a good range of cupboards with a double oven and hob with extractor over, the room splits into the breakfast area with useful rear lobby and access into the garage. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and is double aspect with a glorious outlook over the garden and fields to the side.

Situation
The village of Collingbourne Ducis has a shop with post office, church, two pubs , a village hall and a primary school and is approximately 10 miles to the north west of Andover, which provides a comprehensive range of services and amenities together with good access to the A303/M3 and a rail station to London Waterloo. The historic market town of Marlborough to the north also has a good range of shops and leisure facilities. Both Pewsey (about 11 miles to the north west) and Hungerford (about 11 miles to the north east) provide rail stations to London Paddington. Access to the M4 motorway at Junction 14 or 15 is about 14 miles to the north. The surrounding downland countryside is ideal for walking and riding with numerous footpaths and bridleways around the village. Leave Marlborough on the A346 heading south, on entering Collingbourne Ducis, turn right at the first cross roads and Gilberts Piece will be found on the left hand side. Number 8 is at the end of the close to the right.
