" Situated in a tucked away location at the end of a no through road is this brick built and flint modern semi-detached house which is beautifully light and airy with a modern feel and has recently been re-decorated in neutral tones.

Collingbourne Kingston is a village and civil parish situated midway between Salisbury and Swindon in the Bourne Valley on the edge of Salisbury Plain, and is surrounded by chalk downlands which have been designated an Area of Outstanding Beauty, ideal for walking and riding with numerous footpaths and bridleways around the village. The historic market town of Marlborough is about 8 miles north and offers a comprehensive range of services and amenities, including a twice weekly market, leisure centre and recently opened Rick Stein Restaurant. Pewsey and Hungerford have direct rail services to London Paddington and the South West, with Andover having services to London Waterloo. The A303 (M3) is about 10 miles to the south with junction 14 of the M4 about 16 miles north.
