" THE PROPERTY
This spacious individual detached bungalow occupies an enviable position within the village being on a pretty no through road. On entering, a generous hallway leads to all principal rooms notably a fabulous dual aspect light and airy open plan sitting and dining room with a stone open fireplace and sliding doors to the garden. The kitchenbreakfast room is fully fitted with oak wall and base units. A separate utility room, which houses the gas boiler, also has plumbing for a washing machine and space for an upright fridge freezer as well as a side passage door. There are two good sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and a third bedroom that currently functions as a study. The family bathroom is a generous size and has a light coloured suite.

OUTSIDE
