" A handsome and well presented four bedroom attached town house offering spacious and versatile accommodation with the benefit of a garage, garden and parking and set on the eastern edge of the Marlborough town. Set over three floors, this excellent house offers a flexible layout for the family. The kitchen/breakfast room has a good range of cupboards and is fitted with a gas hob with extractor, double oven and integrated dishwasher, the room splits into the breakfast are a with French doors to the garden. There is a dining/family room, study and cloakroom on the ground floor. The house is within developement of Crest Nicholson houses set on the eastern edge of the town.
