" THE PROPERTY
Situated in a convenient position on the edge of Marlborough, with easy access in to town and to the countryside this mid terraced property offers modern accommodation in a sought after location.

Internally the property has been upgraded with the addition of timber flooring to the sitting room, which also has space for a small dining table. The sitting room is west facing and has French doors overlooking the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a pleasant outlook to the front. The ground floor also has a cloakroom.

Upstairs the landing leads to two bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. The bedroom to the front has a fitted storage cupboard. The property benefits from fitted under stair storage in the dining area.

OUTSIDE
