Located approximately a mile away from Marlborough`s historic High Street, this light and airy house can be found at the end of this no through road on this popular development. Internally the property offers a well proportioned sitting room with a large window to the front of the house while to the rear there is an excellent kitchenbreakfast room with a tiled floor, modern units and plenty of space for a table.

Upstairs the landing leads to two bedrooms, the main bedroom having fitted storage. There is a modern bathroom to the rear of the house with a shower over the bath.

Outside
To the front there is a small lawn, with a path leading to the front door and a mature fir tree. There is an allocated parking space within a parking area to the front of the house. To the rear of the house there is a sunny westerly facing rear garden, with decking providing a space for entertaining. The remainder of the garden is mainly laid to gravel for low maintenance and there is a shed at the end of the garden providing storage. A gate to the rear provides pedestrian access.

The town is sited along the M4 corridor close to J15 and has nearby rail links from either Pewsey, Great Bedwyn, Swindon or Hungerford to London Paddington and the west country. Marlborough is surrounded by glorious downland countryside with Savernake forest and the Kennet and Avon canal close by all offering plenty of opportunity for exploration.
