" 27 Manton Hollow is a well proportioned family property with scope to extend (subject to planning), occupying a large mature plot with lovely views to the front over the Kennet valley. Dating from the 1960's the accommodation comprises of a hall, large sitting room with open fire, kitchen, three further rooms which could be used as bedrooms or reception accommodation, family shower room, utility room. Upstairs a further double bedroom, master bedroom with a separate dressing room and ensuite bathroom. Off road parking for 4 cars. Oversized single garage. Gas fired central heating. Marlborough High Street 1 mile.

THE LOCATION The property occupies an elevated position on the lower side of this established close of substantial detached houses and bungalows, built on the west side of Marlborough providing direct access on to the surrounding downland whilst being only a few minutes' drive from the High Street. The area has long been a premier address in the town and falls within catchment for the highly rated Preshute primary school and St John's secondary school. THE PROPERTY The accommodation from the front door consists of a hall with a cloak cupboard, a door to the left opens into a large sitting room with an open fire and the stairs rising to the first floor and a door into a study / bedroom with a lovely garden aspect.
