Situation
River Park is a small close located in-between Marlborough High Street and George Lane with a walkway through to the High street via Figgins Lane. The old market town of Marlborough provides an extensive range of shopping facilities, a twice-weekly market, a public library and various restaurants and pubs. The town is well served by a good range of schooling and benefits from a sports centre with an indoor swimming pool. Access to the M4 motorway junction 15 is approximately 10 miles, and the expanding commercial centre of Swindon is about 12 miles from which there is a regular Intercity rails service to London Paddington. The countryside surrounding the town is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and includes nearby Savernake Forest.

Outside
To the front of the house a neat hedge lines the garden providing privacy and pedestrian access via the Pewsey Road. This garden is laid to lawn and faces west making it lovely and bright.
