" A well presented three bedroomed semi detached house with off road parking and a good sized garden, all within easy walking distance of the High Street.

The accommodation The best way to get a feel for a property is to have a wander over. We will start walking up to the covered porch with outside light and double glazed door opening into the hall. A staircase rises to the first floor landing, there is space for coats and shoes, we will turn right into the sitting room. A good sized room with two windows to the front, attractive fireplace with fitted living flame gas fire and doorway through to the kitchen dining room. The kitchen has been refitted with a good range of contemporary style units with worksurfaces over. Inset sink with mixer tap, four ring ceramic hob with extractor hood over and double oven and grill below. There is plumbing for washing machine and a dishwasher. Space for a fridge freezer and tumble dryer. A window overlooks the rear garden and space for the dining table. Door left into the rear hall with understairs storage cupboard, door into the rear garden and door left into the downstairs cloakroom with window to the side and toilet. Continued Back through the sitting room into the hall and up the staircase to the first floor landing. Window to the side, access to the large loft and storage cupboard. Around to the right into the third bedroom, a good sized single with window to the front and recessed storage over the staircase bulkhead. The main bedroom is next with two windows to the front, built in wardrobes and built in airing cupboard also housing the gas boiler for the central heating. The second bedroom is also a double with window to the rear and finally into the family bathroom with window to the rear, heated towel rail, modern white suite, toilet, wash basin with mixer tap over and small French' style bath with separate shower over and folding glass shower screen.
