" Overlooking farmland and the Dauntsey Vale, a detached, mature, chalet style residence of very generous proportions. The principle reception rooms and bedrooms are all to the rear and not overlooked. A good sized lounge is flanked by a drawing room and a dining room each with access to either the reception hall or the fitted kitchen. There is a utility room, a bathroom with shower bath and a seperate cloakroom with wc plus the fourth bedroom also on the ground floor whilst upstairs are the three principle bedrooms, all generous in proportions, and the shower room with bidet, washbasin and wc. There is gas central heating.

You have 48 hours in which to change your mind after which time you will lose half your fee, depending on circumstances, to cover the cost of administration and referencing. Your application will be processed based on the information you have given us about your personal circumstances and only if we feel confident that your references will pass satisfactorily. If, therefore, you make any false declaration or representation to secure a property, which comes to light and which renders you unsuitable for the tenancy, or if your credit references prove unsatisfactory for the tenancy you will lose your fee in full and you will not be allowed to take the property.
