" A spacious family home set within a quiet close in the much sought after village of Kington St Michael. The property consists of three bedrooms, large sitting room, kitchen/dining room, family bathroom, mature garden, garage and off street parking. EPC score 68 band D.

Kington St Michael This small village lies approximately 7 miles south of Malmesbury towards Chippenham. The village offers a church, public house and village shop / Post Office. It is also conveniently situated for use of the M4 motorway (from Jnct 17), which gives access to the commercial centres of both Swindon and Bristol, as well as mainline rail services from Chippenham to London (Paddington 70 mins approx). The Property The property is located in a quiet close in this lovely sociable village.

You enter the property into a convenient entrance porch an ideal first port of call for taking off your shoes and coats. The entrance porch leads into the spacious sitting room.

The room is a great size and benefits from a large window to the front to provide plenty of natural light. The focal point is a feature stone fireplace with inset electric fire.
