" Greenacres as its name suggests is set in an elevated position with lovely gardens in excess of one acre. There are far reaching views across Box Valley towards the historic village of Colerne. Situated almost mid plot the property has an imposing winding driveway leading to the property itself. The accommodation has a large hallway, main living room with picture windows taking advantage of the glorious views, study, three bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and separate cloakroom. Externally there is a double garage and two separate out buildings which provide very useful storage space. The gardens surround the property and are very well maintained, someone with green figure's would find the garden a challenge and delight at the same time as there is plenty of scope to add their own personality to the layout of it. Greenacres will be sold with no onward chain.

Directions From our Corsham office bear right onto Pickwick Road and continue up to the A4. At the roundabout next to the Hare and Hounds bear left onto the A4 and follow the signs to Bath.
