" This individual village home was built in the early 1990's and is situated adjacent to open countryside affording wonderful far reaching views. The entrance lobby leads into the reception hall ahead and on a practical note to a spacious boot room which has access to the integral double garage as well as the utility room. The central reception room is spacious and beautifully proportioned with a feature stone fireplace with a wood burning stove. Doors lead to the conservatory benefitting from windows on four sides making the most of the views out to the attractive gardens and fields beyond. A further reception room runs the depth of the house with a tall angular ceiling. At one end is a study area and the other is a family room, a lovely spot to relax and look out to your view.

The first floor has four bedrooms and a dressing room. The two to the rear enjoy country views, there is also an en-suite shower room and family bathroom. Through the dressing room the fourth bedroom is a real feature and measures over 25 foot long, plenty of room for both a bedroom and play/study area. Atworth village is situated approximately eight miles from the magnificent Georgian city of Bath. The village has the benefit of a church, village pubs and garage with a shop.
