" House-Hut estate agents present this lovely extended three bedroom semi-detached property on a popular estate on the edge of Melksham. The property has modern open plan accommodation with a smart kitchen and bathroom.

The accommodation comprises entrance porch, entrance hall with stairs to first floor and storage cupboard. Cloakroom with hand wash basin and low level WC. Living room with decorative fireplace. 19ft kitchen/dining room fitted with modern white high gloss wall and floor units. Laminate worktops with inset porcelain sink and drainer. Space for free standing cooker with filter hood over. Space for dishwasher and fridge. The dining area is to the front with space for a table. To the rear a door leads to the utility room which is fitted with a range of cupboards with laminate worktops over and space and plumbing for a washing machine and a door to the garden. Also on the ground floor is the third bedroom which is located at the rear and has a glazed door leading to the patio and garden.
