" This is a large and well-presented country bungalow in a stunning location. Room sizes are generous and well laid out; the rear hall providing a useful entrance for wet dogs etc. Large windows provide good light and take in the wonderful views which, from the gardens extend across neighbouring farmland and the countryside beyond. There is an excellent range of outbuildings arranged around a yard providing stabling, a large workshop and open fronted storage. Alongside is a double garage and car port. Moggs Lane is a no through road and Sunnyfields is approached via a gated entrance and sweeping drive.

Situation The Cottage is situated in an idyllic location, in a picturesque hamlet at the foot of the Cherhill Downs with views across neighbouring fields and the surrounding downland. Communications are excellent with good road access to the major employment centres of Bath, Bristol and Swindon; via the A4 and M4, London and the West Country; and London, by rail from Chippenham (Paddington about 75 minutes). Calstone lies within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty noted for its stunning countryside, good walking and riding; and it is well served by the neighbouring towns of Calne, Chippenham, Devizes and Marlborough, each providing comprehensive shopping facilities and amenities. There is a good choice of private and state schooling in the area and those with interests in country and leisure pursuits are well catered for in the region. Directions From Marlborough proceed out of the town along the Bath Road (A4). At Beckhampton, continue on the A4 and having passed through Cherhill, take the next turning left, signposted Calstone Wellington. Proceed into Calstone and follow this road until the crossroads (atTheobalds Green). Turn right into Moggs Lane and Sunnyfields is at the end of the lane.
