" Nestled below the Salisbury Plain, close to some quite spectacular down land scenery is this individual detached village home which enjoys fine open views from the rear across a paddock,
The accommodation is arranged over two floors and is far larger than first appears. Reception hall with cloakroom, sitting room with the traditional feature of an open fire (ideal for log burning), dining area which opens through into the large conservatory, family size kitchen/breakfast room and utility.
On the first floor are a master bedroom with en suite, three further good size bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The delightful well-tended rear garden overlooking a paddock which makes it very private. There is a double garage with adjoining parking space which is situated at the rear, approached over a driveway at the side. 

The small rural village of Easterton, lies in the south western end of the Vale of Pewsey, approximately six miles south of Devizes and about one mile east of Market Lavington, on the B3098 West Lavington to Urchfont road. Easterton lies in the valley close to the northern scarp slope. The nearby countryside lends itself naturally to provide a wealth of opportunities for riding, walking and other rural pursuits. The village itself has a church and Royal Oak public house. Market Lavington which lies c.1 mile away has a more comprehensive range of facilities which include a doctors' surgery, traditional butchers, pharmacy, hair dressers, cafรฉ and two public houses in addition to both senior and junior schools with Dauntsey's private school at nearby West Lavington.
