DESCRIPTION
This lovely semi-detached family house with three good-sized rooms is situated along a highly sought-after residential road close to the many grammar schools in the local area.

"This has been a happy family home for us for over 30 years. One of the most useful things is access to toilets on each floor and extra storage space under the stairs, in the open landing on the second floor and in alcoves in the loft. Having double parking spaces on the driveway is also handy, as well as having shops along Stanley Park Road to pick up shopping on the way home, which is a short 5 minute walk away. We have a particular love of our garden, where many al fresco meals have been eaten on the patio, as well as having plentiful grassy space for children to play and entertain family and friends."
