" How would you like your own front door?
How about your own, great size, private rear garden with direct access to it?
All this and 2 double bedrooms? IT CAN BE DONE!
This very well cared for ground floor maisonette has it all to offer. Firstly, there is a good size lounge, which has been well decorated and benefits from a gas fire, laminate flooring and doors to the garden. The kitchen is compact but modern and the bathroom is tiled with power shower over the bath. The best feature this house can offer is the garden. It is a very good size and laid to lawn with a pond and shed. There is also an additional patio area and the front garden also belongs to this property. At the rear of the back garden, there is hard-standing which the shed is currently built on. If the shed were moved or taken down, then this area could be parked on and accessed via a rear access road therefore giving yourself off road parking. Transport links are exceptional. There are several good bus routes which access the property including the S1 which takes you straight into Sutton where you can get fast direct trains to London. Carshalton station will take you direct to London Victoria and you can also get a bus into Morden which has the Northern Line underground tube line. This ground floor maisonette has so much on offer and at present the owners have found somewhere so a quick sale is possible.

What the Owner says:

We bought this maisonette 7 years ago as we fell in love with the room sizes. In comparison to others we had seen, this was by far better than anything else. The fact that we had direct access onto our own private garden which was also a brilliant size was another major selling point for us. The transport links have been superb and getting into London has been effortless. It is now time for us to get somewhere bigger for our expanding family but we hope the new owners will love this place as much as we have.
