" A house that has to be seen to be believed!
With some truly exceptional entertaining space on offer, this house really is quite something. What can only be described as a tardis, when you walk into this fantastic family home, it is easy to see its appeal. Firstly the lounge and dining room have been knocked into one large lounge with a lovely living flame gas fire cornices and ceiling roses. The kitchen is of a great size with granite worktops, butler sink and space for range cooker. There is a utility room, a gardener’s room with Belfast sink and wc. and an integral garage measuring over 18’ long. La piece de resistance downstairs has to be the stunning sun lounge complete with sky lights, hard wood floor and spanning over 32ft in length, it is not hard to picture some amazing dinner parties in this room. Upstairs, the surprises keep going. There are 4 brilliant double bedrooms with the master having an en-suite shower/wc. Arguments over who gets the bigger room will be a thing of the past with this house. The bathroom is a great size too measuring 9’1 x 6’9.
Outside there is a superb rear garden with 2 brick built storage cupboards and a shed. The current owners also have their office out in the garden with power, light, telephone/fax points and is also wired for sky television. At the bottom of the garden is a fantastic covered terraced eating area also with power and lights meaning barbeques are possible no matter what the weather! MUST BE SEEN!

We bought this house 16 years ago as we fell in love with the potential it had to offer. In particular, we loved the garden. In the summer we get the sun all day and have some amazing garden parties.
Another major bonus for us was the proximity to Carshalton Station. We can get to Victoria in 23 minutes plus the few minutes it takes to walk to the station.
Since living here we have changed the house massively. We have put on a double story side extension and perhaps even more impressive than that is our sun lounge.
Now that the children are all grown up, it is time for us to move onto something smaller.
