" Having been adapted for the modern family, this 2 double bedroom home is offered onto the market, in our opinion in excellent order throughout having been updated and lovingly cared for by the current owners. Within the house the kitchen area truly gives meaning to being the 'heart of the home' offering wonderful social space leading onto an extremely spacious dining area with views to the garden beyond.
The lounge has also been tweaked and made larger by some clever design to emphasis the size of the room and really bring some extra character and life into the house.
The property also boasts 2 double bedrooms with the master having original features and the second bedroom having views over the garden to the rear. The house is then served by the modern family bathroom on the first floor.

When we first viewed Garth Road we just instantly knew it was for us. Everything else just didn't offer the same size and space and to have the ability to adapt the house to our needs was invaluable. Since being here we have opened up the lounge to make it a superb size and to the rear of the house we have completely gone to town on making the space as usable as possible for our family, so we will really miss the open dining area. We have also found the area to be excellent for us being so close to lots of amenities.
