" If you are a family and in the market for a stunning home then your choice is currently few and far between. For this reason alone Brocks Drive is a house that you need to view. So rarely does a family home offer so much space - yet is still offered in our opinion in excellent condition with a location that we consider to be second to none within the desirable ‘Park Farm’ area. The road allows for peace and quiet, but with fantastic access to Sutton, Cheam and Morden with all the excellent local amenities and transport links they offer. The house itself has been lived in by the current owners for many years, a common theme for the road, and has been comprehensively extended to the side from the original 3 bedroom layout to now give an extra double bedroom, additional en-suite and more generously proportioned kitchen with utility - truly epitomising the definition of being the 'heart of the home'. The reception areas have also benefited from the internal layout change having an additional family room being to the rear. On the outside the garden is generously proportioned and has been landscaped offering wonderful relaxing and entertaining space - perfect for a glass of wine when entertaining family and friends or the little ones for play time! When we moved here nearly 20 years ago we just fell in love with the location as the transport was excellent and the local shops were only a very short distance away. We have also come to appreciate how good the area is, with brilliant neighbours and a good community feel.
Since being here we have set about updating the house to a good standard so will be sorry to leave - but a new opportunity awaits us that is too good to miss!
