" The current owners have been in this much loved home for just over 28 years. They made improvements when they first moved in to provide a more suitable sized third bedroom as the previous owners had already increased the downstairs living spaces. You will notice when viewing that many homes in the road have been enhanced with loft conversions and side extensions. With the garage being attached to the side of the property there may be the potential subject to the local planning authority to build a side extension whilst losing very little of the garden and retaining the side access.
