" Set within a highly desirable and distinguished location, this 1 bedroom ground floor conversion garden apartment has lovingly been cared for and looked after by the current owner, having lived there for the past 10 years, maintaining the property to a high standard.
An unusual feature to the property is the entrance, being accessed via an entry phone system to the side gate, offering additional security to the owner of the property and keeping any unwanted visitors out! The side gate follows on to the apartment’s private entrance walking through your own private garden area. Entering into the property via the porch and into the lounge you will first see the lengths in which the current owner has gone to, to make the space light and airy in appearance with a lounge that offers a wonderful relaxing and entertaining area. I have also come to appreciate the location close to Sutton, but being off the main roads and the fact that I am so secure. The truth is I am going to be sad to leave but a new opportunity has arisen with my family that is too good to miss!
