The property is available on an assured shorthold tenancy. The rent includes the maintenance and service charge where applicable. A one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor with a southern aspect. The accommodation comprises: one bedroom with a built in wardrobe, lounge/dining room with an archway that leads into the kitchen. The kitchen has fitted units and space for a freestanding cooker, and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a low level suite with an electric shower over the bath. Forest Dene Court is ideally situated at the junction of Cedar and Brighton roads, giving easy access to the town centre, station and local shops and amenities. The delightful residents' lounge has been fitted with new furniture and new carpet (2012). The mobility scooter store is in a secure room integral to the main building and is has charging points. Sutton is a large suburban town in southwest London and is well served with recreation and leisure facilities. The town has two shopping centres with most of the usual high street chains and a good range of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Within the town of Sutton, there are three railway stations. Sutton station is the town's major station, where frequent trains to London Victoria and London Bridge run, as well as services to Horsham, Dorking, Epsom Downs, Wimbledon, and Luton.
