When we were first looking to purchase a property we were first time buyers and there was a limited number of properties on the market. When Keswick come up for sale we just couldn't believe the amount of space that the flat had and the potential it offered, and have completely refurbished every room. It also had a very large garden which is so unusual for a property of this type and we loved the fact that it was positioned in the corner of the cul-de-sac so was also in a very private position.
