" A super terraced home in central Marlow, well maintained throughout by the current owners. An ideal property for those looking to downsize to central Marlow. The front door opens into the reception hall with access to the sittingdining room, cloakroom, integral garageutility space and stairs to the first floor. There is wood flooring throughout the ground floor. The sittingdining room has a focal point fireplace with gas fire, French doors to the rear open into the garden and there is access to the kitchen. There is an under stairs storage cupboard off the sitting room. The kitchen has been re-fitted by the current owners and has an ‘orangery style‘ roof. There are a range of units with granite worktops, and integrated appliances including fridgefreezer, dishwasher, induction hob, and double oven. To the first floor are three bedrooms and the family bathroom. The main bedroom has two sets of built in wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom also has a built in wardrobe.

Situation
The Old Brewery development is tucked away behind Marlow High Street, a short stroll away from the town centre with its range of thriving shops, bars and recreational facilities. Excellent schooling includes Sir William Borlase Grammar School and Danesfield School. Marlow train station, within a level walk of the house, links with Maidenhead to the Elizabeth Line into London and Marylebone can be reached via High Wycombe. The Marlow by-pass (A404) provides access to both the M4 and M40 motorways and to Heathrow Airport some 25 minutes away by car.
