" A well presented four bedroom detached family home in a sought after location close to Outstanding OFSTED rated Spinfield School, on the north west side of Marlow.

Situation
Marlow's schools are well regarded and this property is around a 500 meters walk to the Spinfield Primary School, as well as being about a 0.6 mile walk via pathways to the vibrant High Street. The river Thames and river meadows offer delightful walks with the Chiltern hills close by. The local railway station links at Maidenhead to the Paddington line or High Wycombe has a direct line to Marylebone. The motorway network is accessible by the A404 bypass with M4 & M40 for the City, west and midlands.
