" The front door opens into the reception hall which in turn provides access to the open plan kitchendining room, cloakroom, utility room and stairs to the first floor landing. The kitchen and dining room are open plan with a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, and fridgefreezer. There are sliding patio doors to the rear of the dining room with views over the river and fields beyond and that provide access to the garden. The utility room was created by the current owners having divided up the garage, there are fitted units, space and plumbing for washing machine and dryer, sink and under stair storage cupboard.
