" A characterful three storey townhouse with two reception rooms, kitchen and a breakfast room that is located within a level walk to the shops and restaurants as well as the train station. Further extension is possible subject to the usual permissions.

To the front of the property is a low brick wall and a wrought iron gate which encloses the front garden. A pathway from the gate leads to the front door. To the rear of the property is a paved area for dining with raised beds, from here the garden that is excess of 80ft in length is mainly laid to lawn and is enclosed by timber fencing, which leads to the storage sheds at the end.

The front door opens into the dining room which has a box bay window with seating and storage to the front, providing ample light through the beautiful wooden shutters. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and a rear aspect window. There is a staircase which provides access to the play room/bedroom 3 which can accommodate a double bed. There is a velux window and under eaves storage. "
