On the main road between Windsor and Maidenhead, this family home benefits from easy access to the motorway and is just two miles from Maidenhead station with direct trains to Paddington. The property offers spacious and versatile accommodation and is set in a plot of one-third of an acre.

This spacious FOUR / FIVE bedroom detached family home is set in a plot of ONE-THIRD of an acre. Extended and improved, this property offers around 2,000 square feet of adaptable accommodation.

The house

Upstairs, there are two large double bedrooms, together with two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The master bedroom has a fantastic view over the large sunny back garden.

Downstairs there’s a third bathroom and three further large bedrooms, one of which is currently being used as a family room/study. Because they’re on the ground floor, these rooms can easily be arranged as sleeping or living accommodation.

Dorney Lake and the Jubilee River are a short walk from the property and Bray Lake is just across the road. The green way that joins the villages of Holyport and Fifield can be reached through a gate at the rear of the property and connects you with the nearby playground, open fields and footpaths.

There are excellent pubs in Bray and Holyport, just a mile and a half away. Holyport primary school is easily reached and there are local convenience stores just around the corner.
