" A well proportioned and very comfortable, single storey property, set within a corner position and providing an abundance of privacy as well as being east/westerly facing.

Notable features are the double aspect main reception room with sliding door to the rear, landscaped garden, the dining room with adjoining kitchen and these two rooms could be opened to form a combined room if required and the 3/4 bedrooms or alternatively 3 bedrooms and an extra reception room. In addition, the property has three garages, so should more room be required, an extension into the garage would be possible, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.

We thoroughly recommend this property for its location within this highly regarded development and being within the Charters school catchment.

Hurstwood is a highly sought after residential development on the fringes of South Ascot village. The main Ascot high street offers a good selection of local shopping facilities, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs and the world famous Ascot racecourse sits at one end. You could even try your hand at polo with both the Guards Club and the Royal County of Berkshire Club being nearby.

As far as schooling is concerned there is an excellent choice with Charters being a very sought after state option and very well regarded private schools such as St. Mary?s, St. Georges, LVS Ascot, Hall Grove, The Marist, Wellington and Eton Colleges and the American Community School in Egham.
