" The spacious open driveway sets the scene for this lovely family home as it is without doubt one of the larger and certainly more adaptable properties available at the moment.
The current owners have carried out an extensive refurbishment and it is offered in very good decorative condition. Whilst the kitchen/breakfast room is noteworthy the games room beyond it definately impressive, measuring almost 60โ€˜ x 27โ€˜ it can clearly offer a number of uses.
The main house has 5 bedrooms all with their own bath or shower rooms, but attached to it on one side is a 2 storey self contained annex which is in addition to the Home Office over the garage which could also be used as an annex as it has a shower room and kitchen.

Situation
Ideally situated in one of Sunningdales most popular roads, less than a mile from the station and Waitrose supermarket, Sunningdale village also offers an excellent butchers, post office, coffee shop and hairdressers as well as 2 restuarants and a local pub. More extensive shopping facilities can be found in Ascot and Windsor or Camberley.
