" A large extended three bedroom semi detached house in a sought after road, close to local shops and schools and a short drive from Windsor town centre. The accommodation comprises: hall, cloakroom, 18ft sitting room, 14ft dining room, 17ft kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, three bedrooms, refitted bathroom, double glazing and gas radiator central heating. Outside there are well kept gardens; the rear garden being very secluded and west facing, there is also off road parking and potential garage space.

DESCRIPTION The front door has a sheltered entrance and leads through to a hallway with oak flooring, stairs to first floor and door to the cloakroom. The cloakroom has a WC, wash hand basin and a tiled floor. The kitchen/breakfast room has a range of oak fronted units, granite effect work tops with breakfast bar and a large sink unit. There is a Smeg double oven, four ring gas hob with extractor above, a built in fridge/freezer and space for a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a useful utility room with ample appliance space, a tiled floor, wall mounted combi boiler and a door on to the garden. The sitting room is a good size and has a raised fireplace with slate hearth and brushed steel surround. The dining room is off the sitting room and has sliding patio doors on to the rear garden. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms and a modern bathroom

(refitted in 2010) with a white suite. Outside, the front garden is screened by hedgerow and has driveway parking with garage potential at the rear. The rear garden is approximately 46ft x 36ft and has a pleasant westerly aspect.
