With brick elevations surmounted by a slate tiled roof, this mid terrace property was originally a decorators shop going back many years and has stayed in the same family ownership. The property is wider than its neighbours with the ginnel access to the side and accommodation over and to the rear a particularly good sized garden. Internally the property is in need of further updating and modernisation and currently comprises, at ground floor level, entrance lobby, lounge with bay window and useful understairs storage area, sitting/dining room with strappings to ceiling and plate rack and completing the ground floor accommodation a kitchen which forms part of a single storey outrigger.
