" Situated off Elmsleigh Road on a popular residential development, this property was constructed in the late 1950s by Broadbridge. It was later extended by our Client to the ground floor to provide additional ground floor living to the dining room and kitchen. The bathroom has recently been renewed with a modern white suite and wall tiling. All three bedrooms are of a good size. Outside are excellent private rear gardens complete with a detached brick garage (18' 11 x 9' 1) complete with an electric door. The property is situated within a mile of the village and public transport. In addition there are schools for all age groups within the SK8 area.
