" With wonderful views stretching across open countryside, elevated position, and fabulous interior this large Victorian stone built property is packed with lovely features...and did we mention the views?!

Strines Road is ever popular, and home to some of Marple's premier properties. Transport links are excellent, with the train station just across the road, bus route, and Marple itself just minutes away by road (or New Mills close by on the other side - you'll be on the cusp of Cheshire and Derbyshire with all that each has to offer.

Refurbished throughout with some lovely features retained, such as the cast iron original fireplace in the front reception, and some great features added (the attic conversion with balcony, and useful Utility room) you'll be able to move right in.

The accommodation in brief comprises: Front and rear reception rooms, the front lounge having an original cast iron fireplace and the rear dining room with a reproduction gas-fired wood burning stove.
