Upstairs the property has: Master Bedroom with super king size wooden bed which has matching bedroom furniture including large wardrobe, drawers and bed side tables, the mullion stone window has spectacular views across the valley to Monsal Head; second Single Bedroom or Study which has great fitted wardrobe storage and desk unit, facing the rear of the property; the Bathroom which has a contemporary feel, is fitted with wood effect units and corner shower cubicle.

There is access to the parking space around the back of the property. To the front of the property is the tiered gardens where on the bottom tier is a summer house/shed and small pond.
